Kasa Atelier is more than just an interior design firm; it's the culmination of a shared dream.
Our founders Kahan Patil and Jason Albuquerque, pursued their Master’s degree in the vibrant city of Florence, Italy. For them it wasn’t just an academic pursuit; it was where their love for design blossomed. The city's emphasis on craftsmanship and the interplay between art and architecture deeply resonated with them. It was within these walls that their dream of building a design “home” together took root.

KAHAN PATIL

A Post Graduate from the Florence Design Academy in Italy. He is an Intuitive designer and an artist at heart.

Having about 10 years in the industry. Completed over 50,000+ sqft of projects, he feels a good design should be classically influenced yet contemporary in its intent. It is important to include an emotional element into the space that is being designed. Always observant, he finds inspiration everywhere—from the varied colors of the blue sky to textures in the city streets. An avid traveller and an eternal student.

JASON ALBUQUERQUE

CO FOUNDER

A practical modernist interior designer from Florence Design Academy in Italy, he finds his inspiration from the countries he has visited combined with his love of nature from his lifelong passion for travelling, architecture & interiors.

Originally from India, he grew up in Muscat, Oman and has an experience of 10 years of working in the Middle East where he has spearheaded a diverse range of design & build projects that include high-end retail outlets, restaurants, commercial spaces & residences of up to 42,000 sq.ft.

His design approach places emphasis on utilizing natural materials, greenery, curved lines and warming colors in interior spaces with an intent of creating timeless stories, one exclusive and artistically endowed space at a time.
